EPOXY RESIN CASTED SOLID INSULATION SWITCH WITH THREE CHAMBERS

An epoxy resin casted solid insulation switch with three chambers comprises three switch bodies (7) with the same structure. The switch body (7) comprises an isolating chamber (21), a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber (19) and a fuse chamber (27). A bus contact (30) is disposed at the top of an isolating switch (29). A bus contact (30) is connected fixedly with an isolating contact (14) by a bus row (15). Two ends of the isolating switch (29) are installed with a grounding contact (22) and an isolating contact (14) separately. A middle contact (17) is disposed between the grounding contact (22) and the isolating contact (14). The contact bases (11) of three contacts have same structure. The front end of a leading screw (25) is connected with an insulation screw (18). The back end of the leading screw (25) is connected with an operating mechanism (24). A hole (31) is disposed at the center of the isolating moveable contact (16), which is connected fixedly with the insulation screw (18). The insulation screw (18) is sleeved on the leading screw (25) and connected with leading screw (25) rotatablely. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber (19) and the fuse chamber (27) are disposed under the isolating chamber (21) separately.
