<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a volume and temperature of liquid in a tank of a separating part for separating gas-liquid mixed fluid exhausted from a fuel cell stack. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system is provided with a separating part 10 separating gas-liquid mixed fluid exhausted from a fuel cell stack. The separating part 10 includes a tank storing liquid separated. A pair of metal-made electrodes 11 are fitted to opposed side faces of the tank.
