<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve current measurement accuracy in a current measuring device having a current measuring part including a plate-shaped resistor. <P>SOLUTION: A potential difference between two point of a site having the same potential as that on the current flow top stream side of a resistor 131 and a site having the same potential as that on the current flow bottom stream side of the resistor 131 is detected by a current measuring voltage sensor 102 which detects a potential difference between two point of the resistor 131 in a current measuring part 101. According to this, the two points of the resistor detected by the sensor 102 can be constituted so as not to include electric resistances of first and second through-holes 101a and 101b. Namely, a measurement error can be prevented from being caused in the potential difference detected by the sensor 102 to improve the current measurement accuracy in the current measuring device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
