<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet ink having a sufficient visual recognizability in the case of printing red-colored eggs by a conventional inkjet printer similarly to the case of white-colored eggs, since the red-colored eggs increase as the eggs circulated in a market. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet ink includes sodium iron chlorophylline and/or sodium copper chlorophylline, hydroxypropylcellulose and water. Further, it may contain propylene glycol and a silicon compound. Alternatively, it may contain at least one of a sorbitan fatty acid ester, glycerol fatty acid ester and sucrose fatty acid ester. By printing the red-colored eggs by using the inkjet ink, printed characters having good visual recognizability as shown in Fig.(b) are obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
