<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel structure of a building, which can reduce a work load during construction along with a reduction in the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: The floor panel 20 is provided in a between-stories section 17 which partitions first-story and second-story sections 11 and 12 of the building 10. The floor panel 20 comprises a floor frame 21 and a sub-floor material 22. The floor frame 21 includes an outer peripheral frame in which a lateral joist 24 and a header joist 25 are connected together like a frame. A plurality of floor joists 26 are laid in parallel with one another between the header joists 25 facing each other. A plurality of long connecting materials 30 are provided on the undersurface of each of the floor joists 26 in such a manner as to form a lattice shape together with each of the floor joists 26. The connecting materials 30 are connected to the floor joists 26 in portions crossing the floor joists 26, respectively.
