<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a device to be hardly enlarged and expensive, where the risk of temporal and thermal changes is eliminated. <P>SOLUTION: This disposable electrode includes: an electrode pad; and a connector for connecting the electrode pad to a defibrillator body. The connector includes an information holding part for holding information concerning the disposable electrode. The connector is connected to the defibrillator body, so as to announce the information from the defibrillator body.
