<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a sulfur solidified product by replenishing a sulfur-containing material in a supplementary tank under pressure to the inside of a cavity, as the sulfur-containing material filled in the cavity of the mold body cools and shrinks. <P>SOLUTION: In the cavity of the mold body 1, the inside of the outer mold 6 having a hermetically sealable cavity is heated in a set temperature range above the melting point of sulfur. In the supplementary tank 2, the inside can be hermetically sealed by fitting a lid to the upper end opening part 11 so as to be pressurized to a predetermined pressure and heated in the set temperature range. As the sulfur-containing material fully filling the cavity cools and shrinks in the cavity, the sulfur-containing material accommodated in the supplementary tank 2 is replenished into the cavity by the pressure in the supplementary tank 2. Thereby unnecessary time and labor can be saved, strength necessary as the sulfur solidified product can be enhanced and finished appearance becomes fine with the product value increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
