<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer capacitor array of which equivalent series resistance can be controlled. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first external connection conductor is disposed between a first terminal conductor and a fourth terminal conductor on a first side or between a second terminal conductor and a third terminal conductor on a second side. A plurality of first internal electrodes 21 are electrically and directly connected to the first external connection conductor through lead conductors 22, second internal electrodes 25 are electrically connected to the second terminal conductor through lead conductors 26, third internal electrodes 31 are electrically connected to the third terminal conductor through lead conductors 33, and fourth internal electrodes 35 are electrically connected to the fourth terminal conductor through lead conductors 36. The first internal electrodes that are no fewer than one, no more than the number fewer than the total number of the first internal electrode 21 by one in number are electrically connected to the first terminal conductor through lead conductors 23.
