<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film capable of restraining inter-layer peeling-off, generation of air bubbles, and position gaps of conductive particles after proper pressure bonding. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive film has a first adhesive layer 14 for retaining a number of conductive particles regularly arranged by separating each other, and a second adhesive layer 16 laminated on one surface of the first adhesive layer. The first adhesive layer includes a curing agent reacting with an epoxy group and/or epoxy resin, and the second adhesive layer is formed of a composition including phenoxy resin of 30-80 pts.mass having an end epoxy group to a latent curing agent of 100 pts.mass, epoxy resin of 5-40 pts.mass, and a filler of 100 pts.mass or below, and the minimum melting viscosity of the composition is within a range of 1×10<SP>3</SP>to 2×10<SP>4</SP>Pa s.
