The present invention relates eulalia chopsticks and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the preparation method comprises: gathering eulalias; cutting the stems of eulalias in a length suitable for chopsticks; dipping the eulalias in salt water for 17 hours to reinforce strength; primary drying of the eulalias; smoothly polishing joints of the eulalias by passing the dried eulalias through a surface grinder; sterilizing and disinfecting the polished eulalias by spraying high temperature steam; and secondary drying of the steamed eulalias. |
