PURPOSE: A film cutting device for recycling a container and a film removing device with the same are provided to accurately cut a film attached to a container while preventing the loss of air by transferring air of optimal temperature and pressure to the film. CONSTITUTION: A film cutting device for recycling a container comprises a base plate(13), a driving unit(10), an air jet(20), a shape guide(30), and an air guide(40). The base plate accepts the container(1) on which one or more films are sealed. The air jet forms a cut portion in the films by transferring heated air to the films. The shape guide maintains a constant interval between the nozzle of the air jet and the films of the container by moving the air jet back and forth according to the shape of the container. The air guide operates an air switch so that the air jet is directed only to the films.
