<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric compressor capable of increasing insulation resistance between a conductive member and a conductive part and a terminal connection part of wiring, and a hermetic container, while equalizing pressures in a housing and the hermetic container. <P>SOLUTION: The housing 40 in a cluster block 37 is formed by assembling a body 41 and a cover 42. The housing 40 includes a seal member 39 sealing between wiring 35 and insertion holes 37b, 37c through which the wiring 35 is led out. The body 41 includes a passage forming concave part 50. The cover 42 includes a fitting convex part 42b. The housing 40 also includes an insulation distance extension passage 50a which extends an insulation distance between a metal terminal 31 in the housing 40 and a conductive part and a terminal connection part S of the wiring 35, and a hermetic container 11, and equalizes the pressures in the housing 40 and the hermetic container 11, by fitting the passage forming concave part 50 and the fitting convex part 42b together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
