PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: information obtained about music is limited without satisfying user's needs. SOLUTION: In a music information processing device 10, a feature amount-acquiring section 14 reads a music file from a musical piece file storage section 12, and acquires a feature amount of a musical piece. A class value-attaching section 16 attaches a class value for each musical piece based on the feature amount. A distribution-acquiring section 20 forms a musical piece set based on document information read from the musical piece file by a document information acquiring section 18, and acquires distribution information of the class value for each musical piece set. The distribution information is stored in an analysis result storage section 22, and an evaluating section 26 reads the distribution information according to user's input etc., and evaluates similarity between the musical pieces, between the musical piece and the musical piece set, or by these combination.
