<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for discriminating a received voice capable of discriminating a transmission voice input section which has triggered transmission in spite of a simple system configuration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a PTT switch 26 on the controller 22 side of a second wireless unit 2 is depressed, a wireless unit body 20 adds a tone squelch signal A to a transmission radio waves for transmission, and a first receiving voice is transmitted to a controller 12 and output from a loudspeaker 14 by the wireless unit body 10 of a first wireless unit 1 receiving the tone squelch signal A. The wireless unit body 20 transmits the first receiving voice to a remote controller 23 at the same time, and the first receiving voice is output from the loudspeaker 28. When an operator calls via a microphone 24, a voice signal F1 is transmitted from the wireless unit body 20 of the second wireless unit 2 to the wireless unit body 10 of the first wireless unit 1. The received voice is output from the loudspeaker 14 of the controller 12 of the first wireless unit 1 while the transmission voice from the microphone 24 is transmitted to the remote controller 23 through the wireless unit body 20 and output from the loudspeaker 28.
