<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve muffling efficiency, and to reduce back pressure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: First to third on-off valves 16a-16c for controlling a flow rate of exhaust gas flowing in a pipe, are respectively arranged in first to third exhaust pipes 14a-14c for constituting an exhaust system. The respective on-off valves 16a, 16b and 16c are provided with a valve element 30 for controlling the flow rate of the exhaust gas by valve opening, and a flowing means for making a part of the exhaust gas flow toward the downstream side from the upstream side in a valve closing state of closing the valve element 30. The flowing means includes a tube member 24 for surrounding an outer peripheral surface of the valve element 30, and makes a part of the exhaust gas flow by a clearance 32 formed between the tube member 24 and the valve element 30.
