<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve thermal conductivity of a coating layer of an instrument used by heating the instrument. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the instrument containing thermal conduction promoting metal. In a coating method has a three-layered coating layer wherein a coating liquid of an undercoating layer has a composition of polyamide NMP solution, water, PTFE dispersion liquid, carbon black dispersion liquid, and silica dispersion liquid; a coating liquid of an intermediate coating layer has a composition of PTFE dispersion liquid, water, aromatic hydrocarbon, triethylamine, oleic acid, surfactant, carbon black dispersion liquid, and mica; and a coating liquid of an upper coating layer has a composition of PTFE dispersion liquid, water, aromatic hydrocarbon, triethylamine, oleic acid, surfactant, and mica. In a coating method of the coating layer, an ink pigment to which metallic powder with high thermal conductivity is added to each coating layer surface, is sprayed by a sprayer, so that the metallic powder with high thermal conductivity is applied to each coating layer surface in an irregular point state. Thereafter, it is heat treated, and the coating layer and the metallic coating layer of the ink pigment are formed in concavo-convex of an irregular pattern on the surface.
