<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an evaluation device capable of performing stable calibration while utilizing an evaluation value calculated on the basis of a taken image. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An imaging device 110 repeats imaging operation for imaging a specific evaluation target 200 from a plurality of imaging positions arranged in a predetermined pattern while wholly shifting the imaging positions. A control unit 120 forms images of high resolving power from a plurality of sets of respective taken image groups and calculates evaluation values on the basis of the respective formed images of high resolving power. Then, the calculated evaluation value group is compared with a reference evaluation value group to set an evaluation value multiplying coefficient for the purpose of calibration.
