<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noise and wear caused by a clearance between a valve body and an arm when the valve body separates from a valve seat. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This valve is equipped with the arm 27 configured movable between an opening position and a closing position by receiving force of an actuator, the valve body 25 attached to a moving end of the arm 27 while having a prescribed clearance for closing a flow passage 24r by being pressed to the valve seat 24 when the arm 27 is at the closing position and releasing the flow passage 24r by separating from the valve seat 24 when the arm 27 is at the opening position, and a restraining means 22z for restraining the valve body 25 with respect to the arm 27 not to rattle when the valve body 25 and the arm 27 are at the opening position.
