<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an awning device deployable in a wide range. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The awning device 1 can shade sunlight with an awning 10 in the deployed state to create the shade on a roof floor face 2. The deployed awning 10 can be folded and enclosed on the wall surface 4 side as shown as an awning 11. The awnings 10, 11 are supported by support shafts 12 arranged at constant spaces. The awning 11 when stored is folded in the position of the support shaft 12. Movement for changing the awnings 10, 11 between deployment and storage is made while supporting both sides of each support shaft 12 by rail poles 13. The rail poles 13 are arranged on both sides in the advancing/retreating direction of the awnings 10, 11 between deployment and storage, and supported by posts 14 from the roof floor face 2.
