PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-seat valve capable of being assembled with high accuracy without impairing valve leakage resistance by forming two valve ports with their diameters being the same to eliminate the influences of a load due to differential pressure. SOLUTION: A cup member 2, a valve element 4 and an upper valve seat member 3 are assembled together. The cup member 2, the upper valve seat member 3 and the valve element 4 are pressed and arranged into a chamber 10 of a valve housing 1. The valve element 4 consists of a rod member 41 and a land member 42. A first land portion 412 of the rod member 41 opens/closes the first valve port 21, and a second land portion 422 of the land member 42 opens/closes the second valve port 31. The rod member 14 is formed with a first centering portion 411 and a second centering portion 413. The first centering portion 411 is fitted to the first valve port 21 and the second valve port 31 of the upper valve seat member 3 is fitted to the second centering portion 413 during assembly.
