PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a masterbatch containing a rubber chemical excellent in an aging (oxidation) preventing effect on the charging amount of the chemical by reducing the amount of an aging (oxidation) preventing agent losing the effect thereof by being adsorbed on the surface of a filler. SOLUTION: This method of production of a rubber chemcal-containing masterbatch containing a rubber component, a filler and a rubber chemical includes further mixing the rubber chemical with a masterbatch containing the rubber component and the filler which have been kneaded by a first kneaderer, using a second kneader.
