<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an ACF effectively receive pressure force in subjecting the ACF obtained by half-cutting an ACF tape to press-bonding by a press-bonding head. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this ACF sticking device, a mounting plate 10 on an ACF sticking mechanism side includes: an X-axis stage 24, a Y-axis stage 23 and a Z-axis stage 22; a table 25 being a support mechanism of a liquid crystal cell 1 is structured to include an X-axis stage 28, a Y-axis stage 27 and a Z-axis stage 26 as well; the mounting plate 10 includes a press-boding head 37 for pressing an ACF 9; and a support base 39 for receiving the pressure force of the pressure head 37 in sticking the ACF to the liquid crystal cell 1 by lowering the pressure head 37 is arranged.
