The arrangement (1) has stabilizer sections (3, 5) rotated relative to each other around a longitudinal axis. An adjusting device (7) is operated with external energy and randomly influences rotary movement of the arrangement, where the energy is applied to the adjusting device over a flexible cable (9) made of plastic. The cable is shifted to the arrangement such that the cable is subjected to a bending load during the rotary movement. The cable runs to helical longitudinal sections (13) towards the axis, where dimension of a spiral coil is changed during rotary movement of the arrangement.
