<p>The device for fastening electric, preassembled connection part such as soldering lug, solder contacts and/or plug connection at plain or arched disc (1), which consists of a contact surface subjected by screen printing in thick-layer technology for contacting, comprises a position detection device, a disc receiving table with stops, means for moving the disc in x- and y-direction of a coordination system (2) lying in the disc plane, and/or means for the reception of the connection part to be fastened. The device for fastening electric, preassembled connection part such as soldering lug, solder contacts and/or plug connection at plain or arched disc (1), which consists of a contact surface subjected by screen printing in thick-layer technology for contacting, comprises a position detection device, a disc receiving table with stops, means for moving the disc in x- and y-direction of a coordination system (2) lying in the disc plane, and/or means for the reception of the connection part to be fastened. The means for the reception of the connection part to be fastened are freely fixable in the x-y-plane at or over the disc reception area. The reception means are assigned an adjustable laser solder head (4) and allow access of laser light in the area of the solder connection for the connection part to be fastened and/or suction cups (8) adjustable in z-direction are equipped at the receiving table for holding the disc during the soldering process. A carrier disc is equipped with interchangeable base frame as disc carrier means. The base frame forms the disc receiving table. The carrier disc is guidable from an assembled position into soldering position and then into a removal position. A stand receives guidable carrier plate with base frame. In a given stand position, soldering station is present. The receiving station and/or removal station are equipped to a fitting station. The soldering station comprises a roller-like fastener for the protection from emerging laser light. The position detection device is mounted on the base frame and scans the position of the bearing contact area or suitable marking points in contact-less manner. The suction cups adjustable in z-direction are arranged at a coordination table adjustable in x-y-direction. The disc supports itself over mold bearings that are formed as mold nest, against the base frame. The stops are adjustable in x or y-direction in order to ensures a fine positioning of the disc.</p> |
