A display apparatus is provided with a display operation surface (2) comprising an input operation surface (2a) for an operator to perform an input operation by direct touch.  The input operation surface (2a) that forms at least part of the display operation surface (2) comprises a planar-structure first region (3) which is formed almost smoothly, and a three-dimensional-structure second region (4) which, using an input surface of the first region as a reference surface, is formed so as to protrude and/or be recessed from the reference surface, and the first region (3) and the second region (4) are formed on one substrate.  Thus, the touch panel which further improves the operability for the operator in a multi-functionalized electronic device is achieved, and a display apparatus and an electronic device which are provided with the touch panel can be achieved.
