<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser lens for an LED illumination device, in which useless power consumption is suppressed by narrowing an illumination area and irradiating only a required region, and illuminance in a range of illumination is improved by efficiently utilizing light, and to provide the LED illumination device using the condenser lens. <P>SOLUTION: The LED illumination device 100 comprises: a mounting plate 10; a substrate 20; LEDs 30; the condenser lens 40 for the LED illumination device; a translucent cover 50; and bases 60. The condenser lens 40 for the LED illumination device is equipped: condenser lens part 41 which condenses the light from the LEDs 30 to a predetermined range; and a support means which is formed integrally with the condenser lens part 41, and fitted between a cover 50 and the substrate 20 to support the condenser lens part 41.
