<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for enabling each device to check a virtual network environment in a relay communication system in real time in the relay communication system where a remote LAN performs communication over a WAN. <P>SOLUTION: Relay servers 12, 22 relay communication between client terminals 11, 21. The relay servers 12 (22) creates relay group information, as is shown below, indicating the virtual private IP address of the relay servers 12, 22 and a connection establishment state and relay server information indicating the virtual private IP address of the client terminal 11 (21) communicable with the relay server 12 (22) and a connection establishment state to allow the entire relay communication system to share the relay group information and the relay server information.
