ENTRUSTED TYPE ELECTRONIC SETTLEMENT SUPPORT SYSTEM, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrusted type electronic settlement support system for supporting the mechanism of settlement based on an exchange certificate backed up by an entrusted beneficiary right which is high in the safety of transaction and also high in distribution property.

SOLUTION: When a payer A applies for the issue of an exchange certificate to an entrusted type electronic settlement support system 1, an exchange certificate file is transmitted to the payer A, and the URL of a WEB site for collating the exchange certificate is transmitted to a receiver B. The receiver B receives the exchange certificate file from the payer A, and collates whether the exchange certificate file is authentic data by the site. When the exchange certificate file is the authentic data, the receiver B applies for the issue of an exchange certificate the delivery of a beneficiary right, and payment to an entrusted individual account.
