<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute merchandise information from a merchandise seller to a customer, and to provide a privilege whose load is small for the customer when applying privilege. <P>SOLUTION: An information distribution system 100 is provided with: a mail distribution part 102 for distributing electronic mail including merchandise information to a user by using a mail address; a mail distribution recording part 103 for storing a mail history showing the history of electronic mail distributed to a user; and a discount sum transmission part 104 for deriving a discount sum on the basis of the mail history, and transmitting discount sum information acquired by making a portion or the whole part of personal information associated with the discount sum to a telecommunication undertaker. The telecommunication undertaker specifies a user on the basis of the discount sum information, and subtracts the discount sum from the usage charge of a communication network service which the user is charged by the telecommunication undertaker. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
