摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the diffusion of an electron accepting compound to an adjacent layer in a charge transport layer comprising a charge transport compound and the electron accepting compound which are formed by a wet type film forming method, in an electronic device having the charge transport layer. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device includes a first charge transport layer comprising the charge transport compound and the electron accepting compound and a second charge transport layer which is adjacent to the first charge transport layer and formed of a cross-linking charge transport polymer having a cross-link group. The first charge transport layer and the second charge transport layer are formed by the wet type film forming method. The ionization potential Ip(1) of the charge transport compound included in the first charge transport layer and the ionization potential Ip(2) of the charge transport polymer having the cross-link group forming the second charge transport layer satisfy a following formula (X).
