<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method of a room temperature curable organopolysiloxane composition which exhibits high thixotropy although the composition has a low viscosity, which can be formed into a thick film by a single coating process, and which provides a cured coating film having excellent rubber strength and surface smoothness and exhibiting excellent antifouling performance for a long period of time, and to provide a substrate coated with a composition obtained by the above preparation method. <P>SOLUTION: The preparation method of a room temperature curable organopolysiloxane composition is provided, the composition containing (A) diorganopolysiloxane having a hydroxy group and/or a hydrolyzable group coupled to at least two silicon atoms in one molecule, (B) an alkylene oxide compound having a silicon atom in the molecule, (C) silica and (D) silane having at least two hydrolyzable groups in one molecule and/or a partially hydrolyzed condensate of the silane, and the method includes heating and mixing the components (A), (B) and (C) and then mixing the remaining component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
