<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical component for effectively eliminating dust or the like, an optical device having the optical component, and a method for manufacturing the optical component. <P>SOLUTION: The optical component has: a light transmission member 30 having a first side 30a and a second side 30b provided in a direction intersecting the first side 30a with light transmittable therethrough; vibration members 20 for vibrating the light transmission member 30; and a driving part 56 for driving the vibration members 20 so as to simultaneously cause vibration nodes 22b almost parallel with the first side 30a and vibration nodes 22a almost parallel with the second side 30b in the light transmission member 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
