摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sewage pipe function from lowering due to separation of lining materials from the pipe caused by breakage or the like of ducts or ground shaking, even on a large-scale earthquake. SOLUTION: A lining material L in contact with the inner surface of the duct 17 is constituted of an outer film tubular body comprising a non-water-permeable plastic film as a main material, and a composite tubular body composed of a fibrous layer impregnated with an epoxy resin and an inner plastic film, in close contact with the inner side of the outer film tubular body. Appropriate temperature and pressure are applied inside the inner film layer by pressurized water and, while curing the epoxy resin, a tubular lining structure is constructed in the duct on lining by an inverse method. In this case, thickness of the fibrous layer of the lining material L at the vicinity of starting end and the vicinity of ending end is made thicker than the other part so as to come into close contact with the duct to be secured.
