PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam molded product superior in a vibration absorption property and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The cavity surface of an upper mold 1 and a bottom mold 2 is provided with synthetic resin films 3, 4 or a water-soluble releasing agent. A urethane stock solution is supplied in the bottom mold 2, thereafter the upper mold 1 is attached to the bottom mold 2 and mold-bundled, and thereby the urethane is heating-foamed to be a polyurethane foam molded product. The molded product is such that at least a part of a surface is a smooth section having 2-20μm of a surface roughness, and air permeability of the smooth section is lower than that of an internal portion. A cell diaphragm remains in the smooth section. Thereby, air permeability of the surface of an automobile seat pad becomes smaller than that of the internal portion, the entrance and exit of air between the internal portion and an external portion of the automobile seat pad are limited, air damping effect becomes strong, and the vibration absorption property suitable as a seat pad is obtained.
