PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil feed structure of a rolling bearing, efficiently supplying lubricating oil to the rolling bearing, having high degree of freedom in selecting an oil feed means, without causing an increase in rolling resistance. SOLUTION: A retainer 13 retaining a roller 12 of the rolling bearing 3 is provided with an extended part 20 projecting from a bearing part, and the outer peripheral surface of the extended part 20 is provided with a groove 21 for collecting oil supplied like a shower from an external oil feed part and guiding the same to the roller 12 side. The groove 21 includes a sump 22 on the delay side in the rotating direction to retain the collected oil with the rotation of the retainer 13, and the groove is extended with a gradient to the delay side in the rotating direction so that the delivery force acts on oil side with rotation of the retainer 13.
