PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery facilitating the positioning of a current collecting lead 3 by placing the current collecting lead 3 along the end side of the winding end 2c inside of a resin sheet 2a and fastening it, and to provide a method for manufacturing the battery.
