PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating providing a coated steel sheet excellent in fouling resistance and processability. SOLUTION: The coating comprises (A) an organic resin having a weight-average molecular weight of 8,000 to 50,000, and (B) a compound represented by general formula (B1), wherein R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>4</SB>are each a 1-5C alkyl group; at least one of R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>4</SB>is a 2-5C alkyl group; and n is an integer of 1 to 10.
