PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cool electric equipment by simply leading travel wind to the electric equipment even when the longitudinal length of a cover member accommodating the electric equipment to be cooled is short. SOLUTION: A second cover member 45 constituting at least a part of a vehicle body cover 44 with a first cover member 47 is continuously arranged in the front part of the first cover member 47 accommodating the electric equipment 49 to be cooled, so as to communicate with a front part of the first cover member 47, a travel wind inlet 70 introducing the travel wind into the second cover member 45 is arranged in the second cover member 45, and a travel wind outlet 72 discharging the travel wind to outside the first cover member 47 is arranged in the first cover member 47.
