<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid supercooling device cooling a fluid to a supercooled state and flowing out the fluid even at low outside air temperature. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lateral ventilation door 80 serving as a heat exchange amount adjusting means for adjusting the amount of heat exchange in a supercooling part 40 for supercooling a refrigerant by performing heat exchange between a liquid phase refrigerant condensed in a condensation part 20 and outside air, is provided on the upstream side of an outside air flow of the condensation part 20 for condensing a refrigerant by performing heat exchange between the refrigerant and outside air. By contracting an opening of the lateral ventilation door 80 at low outside air temperature, heat exchange amount between the refrigerant in the condensation part 20 and outside air is reduced. Thus, a temperature difference between the liquid phase refrigerant in the supercooling part 40 and outside air is secured. As a result, the heat exchange amount between the liquid phase refrigerant in the supercooling part 40 and outside air is increased, and the refrigerant in the supercooled state is securely made to flow out from the supercooling part 40.
