STRUCTURE, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MEASUREMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement apparatus for preventing deterioration of image quality obtained in cell observation and a structure and a culture vessel used for the apparatus. SOLUTION: The structure is equipped with a division region for dividing a culture solution or cells in the culture solution in which at least the division region is made from an amorphous fluororesin. The culture vessel 10 includes the structure. The measurement apparatus includes the structure and the culture vessel. Preferably the division region is equipped with recesses 22 having sizes to be brought into contact with the cells and the recesses are formed to increase areas from the undersurface sides toward opening sides and the inner peripheral surfaces and the bottom surfaces of the recesses are surface-treated so as to retain the cells.
