PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoregulator having less quantization error when using a low speed A/D converter. SOLUTION: The thermoregulator includes a rectification-voltage conversion circuit for converting a heater current transformation current transformed by a non-contact current sensor and consisting of a cyclic signal into a voltage; and an A/D converting section for applying A/D conversion to the rectification-voltage conversion signal output from the rectification-current conversion circuit. The thermoregulator regulates temperature to be regulated to a target value. The thermoregulator includes a sampling frequency setting section for outputting to the A/D conversion section about the fact that sampling is executed at a timing: cycle of the rectification-voltage conversion signal≠the sampling cycle×M (natural number).
