PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cone beam X-ray CT device capable of greatly reducing a required time from CT photographing to obtaining three-dimensional image information of an object. SOLUTION: The cone beam X-ray CT device includes an arithmetic unit composed mainly of a computer for obtaining the three-dimensional image information of the object W by reverse projection processing using X-ray projection data collected by CT photographing, in which the computer of the arithmetic unit has a parallel processing function, which greatly reduces the required time from the beginning of CT photographing to obtaining a tomogram by parallely performing data collection/processing for storing X-ray projection data from an X-ray detector 2 and numerical calculation/processing for obtaining the three-dimensional image information of the object by reverse projection/processing using the X-ray projection data collected.
