摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology with which a lens formed by a wafer level can be driven. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: a lens layer 16 formed from a wafer level; and a driving mechanism KB that drives the lens layer 16. The driving mechanism KB includes: a first parallel spring 15 interposed between a cover 20 and the lens layer 16 on one main principal surface side of the lens layer 16 and elastically deformable in the vertical direction of the lens layer 16; a second parallel spring 17 interposed between an imaging part PB and lens layer 16 on the other main principal side of the lens layer 16 and elastically deformable in the vertical direction of the lens layer 16; and a drive layer 14 that subjects the lens layer 16 to drive displacement. When the driving device is still, the lens layer 16 is held by the first parallel spring 15 elastically deformed in the vertical direction of the lens layer 16 and the second parallel spring 17 elastically deformed in the vertical direction of the lens layer 16.
