<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of suppressing a characteristic deterioration of an inductor caused by substrate mounting. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device is equipped with: a semiconductor substrate 10 having electrodes 11a, 11b are provided on its one face; a first insulating resin layer 12 having the primary openings in positions matching with the electrodes 11a, 11b; the first wiring layers 13a, 13b which conduct to the electrodes 11a, 11b through the primary openings; the second insulating resin layer 14 which has the secondary openings in positions different from the primary openings; the second wiring layer 15 which is provided on the second insulating resin layer 14 and has the inductor 15c; a magnetic body layer 19 with an electric insulation which covers at least the inductor 15c on the second insulating resin layer 14 and the second wiring layer 15; and a terminal 17 for mounting which conducts to the second wiring layer 16.
