<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized, light-weight mass flowmeter capable of accurately measuring a mass flow rate of each of various fluids flowing in a pipe even when a force is applied to the pipe from the outside. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mass flowmeter includes a hard bent pipe having a fluid flowing therein, a rigid outer bone that houses the hard bent pipe and prevents the hard bent pipe from being deformed even when a force is applied thereto from the outside while the hard bent pipe is housed, a bent pipe-outside strain gauge that is stuck to an open face of the hard bent pipe formed of a through-hole formed at an outer periphery of a bent part of the rigid outer bone, and a straight pipe strain gauge that is stuck to an open face of an elastic pipe formed of a through-hole formed at a straight part of the rigid outer bone.
