<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency power measurement circuit capable of performing detection conforming to an increase and decrease of an actual high-frequency power level regardless of high-frequency peaks and burst operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The high-frequency power measurement circuit includes: a high-frequency circuit having an element where a consumption current varies according to the level of high-frequency power while a high-frequency signal is input; and a monitoring circuit for measuring an increase and decrease in high-frequency power input to the high-frequency circuit by monitoring the consumption current of the high-frequency circuit.
