<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide paper for recording information suitably recording information without making foreign materials or impurities conspicuous, and obtained by making the paper using reed pulp. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The paper for recording the information containing the reed pulp is obtained by mixing wood pulp with the reed pulp, and making the paper. Other raw materials may be used in addition to the wood pulp and reed pulp. The reed pulp is bleached to have a brightness of not less than 50%.
