<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope opening/closing assist device capable of enhancing the appearance quality while increasing the indoor effective space. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An expansion force F1 working in the expanding direction of a gas spring 42 can be applied in the pulling-up direction 81 of a slope 24 by an auxiliary link 53 constituting a biasing mechanism 91. Thus, when pulling up the slope 24, the pull-up is assisted, and when the slope 24 is turned and allowed to extend to the outside O of a cabin, the load W of the slope 24 can be reduced.
