<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional space stabilizer, wherein disturbance torques generated at the first and second ends of an elevating shaft part are unbalanced when the magnitude and the position of first and second payloads are different, and the posture control by means of a posture control unit is disturbed, with the stability of the posture control degraded. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A space stabilizer controls the angle of movable pieces of first and second wind pressure controllers 51, 52 based on posture information 41a from a posture control unit 41 indicating the postures of the first and second payloads 31, 32 and wind information 60a from a wind detector 60 indicating the direction and the speed of the wind 61, and equalizes the wind pressures generated at first and second ends 221, 222 of an elevation shaft part 22 in the wind 61.
