The dispenser (1) has a pump mechanism (3) actuated by an actuation mechanism (2) and arranged in a dispenser housing (4). An outlet section (5) is projected from the housing. A counter (6) coupled with the actuation mechanism detects actions of the pump mechanism. The counter is detachably provided at the outlet section. The section releases an access to a reset unit and a reset actuation device of the counter in a service position and covers the unit and the actuation device in a standby position. The counter has a sensor i.e. reed contact, measuring movement of the actuation mechanism. |
